集めるもの
- メールアドレス（ログインのため）
- ボードの本文と画像（利用者が置いたもの）
- セッションの情報（作成日時・最後に使った日時・ブラウザと OS の名前）
- 要求の記録：メソッド・パス・状態コード・所要時間・アカウントの識別子・日時、エラーの内容。本文・画像・検索語・メールの内容は記録しません
使い道
ログインと本サービスの提供、障害の対応、不正な利用の防止。これ以外には使いません。マーケティングのメールは送りません。
保存場所
Cloudflare のネットワーク（R2・KV・Workers）に保存します。国外のデータセンターを含みます。
保持期間
- ボード・画像・スナップショット・トークン・セッション：退会で即時に消えます。スナップショットは 30 日分、参照されなくなった画像は 30 日後に消えます
- 要求の記録：30 日
- マジックリンクのメールの送信記録（送信日時と宛先）：メール送信サービスの保持期間に従います
運営者が読まない
運営者は、技術的にはボードを読めますが、障害対応と法令に基づく場合を除いて読みません。管理コンソールに入れるのは運営者だけです。
第三者
第三者への提供はありません。メールの送信にメール送信サービスを使います。アクセス解析・行動解析のツールは使いません。Cookie はログイン状態の保持（セッション）にだけ使います。
読み取りトークン
利用者が発行した読み取りトークンで外部のプログラム（AI など）がボードを読めます。トークンの利用は日時だけ記録し、返した本文は記録しません。トークンの管理と、渡した先での扱いは利用者の責任です。

Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Your email address (to sign you in)
- Your board text and images (what you put there)
- Session information (created, last used, browser and OS name)
- Request logs: method, path, status code, duration, account identifier, time, and error details. Never board text, images, search terms or email contents
How we use it
To sign you in and provide the Service, to respond to incidents, and to prevent abuse. Nothing else. No marketing email.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare's network (R2, KV, Workers), which includes data centers outside your country.
How long we keep it
- Board, images, snapshots, tokens and sessions: deleted immediately when you delete your account. Snapshots are kept for 30 days; unreferenced images are removed after 30 days
- Request logs: 30 days
- Sign-in email delivery records (time and recipient): per the email provider's retention
We don't read your board
The operator can technically read boards but does not, except for incident response or as required by law. Only the operator has console access.
Third parties
No data is sold or shared. An email delivery service sends the sign-in links. No analytics or tracking tools. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in.
Read-only tokens
Tokens you create let external programs (such as AI tools) read your board. We log only the time of use, never the returned text. You are responsible for the tokens and for what the receiving program does with your board.
