利用規約

  1. サービス：eyot（以下「本サービス」）は、1人の利用者が自分だけのボード1枚に付箋を置き、Markdown のファイルとして預ける個人用のサービスです。チーム・共同作業・公開のための機能は提供しません。
  2. 利用できる人：13歳以上の個人。メールアドレス1つにつきアカウント1つ、ボード1枚です。
  3. 禁止事項：法令に反する内容の保管、他人の権利（著作権・プライバシーなど）を侵害する内容の保管、自動化された大量の要求、本サービスの運用を妨げる行為。
  4. 利用者の内容：ボードと画像の権利は利用者にあります。運営者は、障害対応と法令に基づく場合を除き、内容を読みません（プライバシーポリシー参照）。利用者はいつでも zip として持ち出せます。
  5. 上限：ボード 4MB、画像 1枚 10MB・合計 500MB、スナップショット 30日分。上限を超える保存は受け付けません。
  6. 料金：現在は無料です。有料プランを設ける場合は事前に知らせ、無料の利用者のボードが読めなくなることはありません。
  7. 無保証と責任：本サービスは現状有姿で提供し、可用性・無謬性を保証しません。運営者は、本サービスの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について、故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。利用者は定期的に持ち出し（Export）を行うことを推奨します。
  8. 停止・終了：運営者は本サービスを終了することがあります。その場合は 30 日前に知らせ、持ち出しの期間を置きます。禁止事項に反するアカウントは予告なく停止することがあります。
  9. 退会：アカウント画面からいつでも退会でき、ボード・画像・スナップショット・トークン・セッションは即時に消えます。
  10. 変更：本規約を変更する場合は、ログイン画面と本ページで知らせます。変更後の利用は変更に同意したものとみなします。
  11. 準拠法・管轄：日本法に準拠し、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

Terms of Service

  1. The service: eyot (“the Service”) lets one person keep one personal board of sticky notes, stored as a Markdown file. There are no features for teams, collaboration or publishing.
  2. Who may use it: individuals aged 13 or older. One account and one board per email address.
  3. Prohibited: storing unlawful content, storing content that infringes others' rights, automated bulk requests, and anything that disrupts the operation of the Service.
  4. Your content: you own your board and images. The operator does not read them except for incident response or as required by law (see the Privacy Policy). You can export everything as a zip at any time.
  5. Limits: board 4 MB; images 10 MB each, 500 MB in total; snapshots kept for 30 days. Saves beyond the limits are rejected.
  6. Price: free for now. If paid plans are introduced we will announce them in advance, and a free user's board will never become unreadable.
  7. No warranty; liability: the Service is provided as is, without warranty of availability or correctness. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. Please export regularly.
  8. Suspension and termination: the operator may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice and an export period. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended without notice.
  9. Deleting your account: available at any time from the Account screen; board, images, snapshots, tokens and sessions are deleted immediately.
  10. Changes: changes to these terms are announced on the sign-in page and here. Continued use means acceptance.
  11. Governing law: the laws of Japan; the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location is the exclusive court of first instance.
